“Using the internet is just easier”- many of you are thinking this, I’m sure. These days anyone can go online, check a few sites and book a trip, it is easy. There are thousands of websites and millions of choices- but what happens if something goes wrong?
You are denied boarding at d airport or once you get to your destination you find out that your hotel room is no longer available. Who do you call? How do you know who works behind those websites and what can they do in case of problems?
If you use a travel agent the answer is simple. You only need to make one phone call and then relax as your agent will handle all the problems and make sure your vacation is not ruined because someone somehow made a mistake with your reservation.
